Jesus said to look at a woman with lust is to commit adultery in the heart (Mt. 5:27-30). To avoid falling into adultery we need to eradicate tempting sexual situations and distance tempting people from our lives. We need to pray for strength, recruit accountability, establish boundaries, and communicate with our spouse. Sexual temptations are not to be tolerated; they need to be eliminated.
