The position of pastor and deacon are high responsibilities, and God gives us, through the Apostle Paul, some qualifications for these positions. This sermon broadly examines these qualities. We need to understand that knowing these qualities demand that we be judgmental but in the correct way. The congregation has the responsibility to uphold their leaders to these moral and positional standards.
