Having "no shame" means that we lose several things: sensitivity to sin, embarrassment for having committed a sin, and care for the things of the Lord. As a nation with no shame, God has delivered us to our own trappings. We have become morally, mortally, and mentally depraved. However, we still have HOPE of restoration if we come to the Lord.
